A revolutionary booking system that also reports actual usage

Users of the space can reserve their workstation before the start of the working day. Users can see in real time the number of available workstations on different floors and areas. The system guarantees complete privacy for all users and also allows them to monitor the utilisation rate of their workstations. No personal data is collected when users make a reservation or use a workstation.

No more no-show bookings. If the person making the reservation does not arrive at the workstation at the specified time, the workstation is automatically released for reservation.

The system will also automatically reserve a workstation if it does not have an existing reservation and is taken up.

Our counting sensors are installed at the customers premises for the duration of the service. 

A Breakthrough: the most accurate technology in the world. During the day, buildings are entered and exited several times, and the calculation error is multiplied. With lower accuracy, occupancy cannot be reliably measured. Our 99% accuracy in people counting is the most accurate in the industry, developed on the worlds fifth fastest supercomputer in partnership with the worlds leading research institutions.

Our technology enables incredibly low pricing for our customers. Our counting sensors can be easily installed above walkways to save millions of euros in each building - offices, schools and sports facilities.

Total privacy protection. We are the only counting service provider whose sensors are FIPS 140-2, 140-3 certified by the US government. Further also KATAKRI certified by the Finnish National Security Authority.

No personal data is processed or stored and therefore no personal register is created under the GDPR.

Edge computation: to ensure complete privacy protection, the AI model is run as an edge computation on a mobile phone, where no personal data is stored or transmitted.

Real-Time Inference Without Storage: The AI model performs object detection by processing each video frame on the fly, identifying and counting objects (people) within milliseconds.

Object recognition process without personal data: the AI model has been trained with training material including only photographs of annotated shapes of people, which are fully anonymised. Faces are not recognisable on the training material and due to the nature of having photographs from the point of view of top-down angle, the training data does not include any recognizable physical characteristics such as height, body shape, or distinctive marks. It has not been including or annotated any clothing or accessories that can identify an individua). Further the training material does not include any meaningful contextual information such as identified places. The training data photographs backgrounds has been in a significant manner made of synthetic data to ensure that no recognisable features of background are trained. The AI model therefore has been trained only to recognise generic shape of people and therefore no personal data is processed on the execution of our AI model.
